1. What age is is your show good for?
The comedy magic of Steven Dickinson is designed for children of all ages. Silly and wacky humor is intermixed with the cool magic allowing kids from 4 and up to be entertained, amazed, and have lots of fun & laughter.

2. How many birthday party packages do you offer?
We offer two packages, Standard and Premium. Both packages offer 45 minute show of magic and balloon twisting. The Premium package gives each child a magic trick and the birthday child a magic kit. Price of Birthday Party Magic Show starts at $150.

3. What is in the goodie bags?
For the Standard & Premium Magic Show each goodie bag is filled tasty treats, and fun items such as super balls, temporary tattoos, stickers, small toys, and a jumbo magic wand. Items found in a goodie bag may change depending on what we have in stock.
Also, with the Premium Magic Show each child will receive a magic trick.

4. How many kids can attend a birthday party show? There is no limit to how many kids can attend a birthday party show. However, there is an extra charge of $5 per child over 20 children.

5. Do you need me to provide a table? Anything else?
My show is all self-contained. The show is set up in 5 minutes. If they show is for more than 25 people I will need a microphone provided for the party.

6. Do you have a place to hold the kids party or event?
No, I am sorry at this time we don't not have a
place to hold parties. However, I am willing to travel to your home or
where ever you are holding the party.

7. How much experience do you have?
I have been performing magic shows for children since I was 12 years old. Much of my early learning came from reading books (libraries are a great resource) and learning from clowns & magicians. I continue you my learning through books and video training.

8. How long of a notice should I give you before I book my show?
Usually a month in advance is a great time to book a show. Most of my performing is done on weekends and they book up fast, especially in the summer. Other key times to watch for is Christmas and holiday shows.

9. My child is afraid of clowns, you don't wear clown makeup do you?
In my younger days I used to perform as a clown magician, but, not anymore. I usually wear a nice suit with a colorful tie.

10. How far do you travel and do you charge travel fees.
I will travel to just about anywhere to perform. There is a travel fee for areas outside of Appleton, Neenah, Menasha and the Fox Cities.
Shows 3 hours away from Appleton, Wisconsin requires cost of hotel room.
Shows 6 hours away from Appleton, Wisconsin requires cost of airline ticket.
